CERAMICA ACTA is an international technical-scientific journal; it is the official journal of Centro Ceramico, which takes care of the editing. The papers published in Ceramica Acta cover the wide field of ceramics. They deal with tiles, sanitaryware, tableware, refractories, superconductors, elctronic ceramics, etc. The papers are published in English and Italian languages.

This book is one of the initiatives included in a Convention among Centro Ceramico and Chambers of Commerce of Modena and Reggio Emilia, aimed to promote quality in ceramic floor and wall tile sector. The publication has been set out as a handbook, in which quality of tiles is presented, as much as possible, in a practical and applicative way, in all its sides.

Chambers of Commerce and Centro Ceramico, through this book addressed to ceramic tiles manufacturers and users, intended to provide an updated and complete tool, easily consultable, for all the workers in the field of quality of ceramic tiles.
